One of my favorite stamp sets in Sale-a-bration in the Lotus flower. It is just striking. Here's card I made that really could be a birthday or sympathy or really about anything special, it's definitely a WOW card!! I hope you like it.
The colors are so soft and together we it the ribbon it really turned out elegant.
Have you seen or used this ribbon? It's kinda cool, you can use it in full width like this or tear it to individual strings or half the width, whatever you like. It's a new ribbon in the Occasions catalog, it's on page 43.
I used the Crisp Cantaloupe Designer Series paper, along with Crisp Cantaloupe cardstock....and to me it's a wow card! As far as the Lotus Blossom it is a 3 step flower. Each stamp is marked 1, 2, 3, I actually like to start in reverse order. So I stamped first with #3, I stamped it off twice then stamped, the #2 stamp I stamped off once, and then #1 I didn't stamp off at all. I used Calypso Coral for all the stamping on the Lotus flower. The tip of the stamp has a 'marker' that allows you to line up easily every time. I will say after a couple times stamping, you will be a pro too!!
The sentiment is also a Sale-A-bration stamp, I just loved it here. This is a card we will be making in card class this month. Yippee!! Can't wait to see what they all think!!
