Garden in Bloom Card

I wanted to share this card with you, that I received from one of my friends this week. When you get a handmade card in the mail, it's like getting a smile in the mail.  What can be any better??

Is that so cute?? I just love it!! I was definitely a little ray of sunshine that I needed!  :))
