Tool Tuesday: Stampin' Up Blender Pens

Good Morning Everyone! Today's Tuesday tool is the Stampin' Up Blender Pens. Blender pens combine the flexibility of watercolor with the convenience of markers. You can use them with Watercolor wonder Crayons, Watercolor Pencils, and Classic Stampin' pads. The tip of each one cleans off with just a stroke or two on scratch paper, so you don't have to have a different pen for each color. We used these in the Easter class we had, they are really pretty easy to use, everyone just loved them.

Features and Benefits:
  • Flexible tip  on each end of brush
  • 3 per package

Quick Tip:

You can use the blender pen on regular cardstock, no need for watercolor paper. Just remember  not to "rub" so hard with the tip. To use a blender pen to create a watercolor effect, color or outline a stamped image with Stampin' write markers, Watercolor crayons, or Watercolor pencils . Pull and blend the colors with the blender pen. You can also dip the blender pen into the Classic Stampin' pads and apply directly to paper.

FYI

To clean the tip, simple scribble on white paper. Discolored tips will not effect performance.
