For today's Tool Tuesday I wanted to highlight the Wink of Stella!! When I first heard "Wink of Stella" I was like...what is that! Well it is a super cool way to add a splash of glitter and highlight areas of interest. The Wink of Stella actually gets its name from the sparkle this constellation brings to the sky.
