Here's a card I made for my Sister-in-Law. She sent us a lap quilt for the holidays, and I knew right away I was gonna make her a card using the Love You Sew stamp set. This is the cutest stamp set, good for all kinds of crafters! I used the sketch from Create with Connie and Mary this week CCMC389.

I think it turned out perfect! The new Baker's Twine just balanced it off.

Here is my hubby wrapped up in the quilt, he is half way through his Chemo treatments, so the quilt is perfect for him to snuggle in.

Here are the items I used:

  1. Your thank you card for your SIL is sure to be a hit with her! The subtle zebra print paper looks cool with the blues. That bakers twine is such a fun accent too! Thanks for playing with us at Create With Connie and Mary!

  3. I saw this card posted and LOVED it! What a wonderful gift to get a quilt! My mother-in-law always crochets afghans for new babies, when they turn teenagers, and get married! Nice traditions! Prayers your hubby continues to do well! Thanks for playing along with the sketch challenge this week on Create with Connie and Mary!
