I wanted to share this adorable scrapbook page I made using the new Yee-Haw photopolymer stamp set. I was so happy when they released this last month! This is stamp set is great for those who live in Texas, and those who wish they did..... ya'll  know who you are!!  ha-ha!! This is one of the scrapbook pages we will be making in our monthly Scrapbook Saturday class this Saturday! It will definitely get alot of wahoo's and maybe some Yee-haw's... :)) This is a great page for those cute kid pictures with ponies, for trips to Texas or dude ranch, or the cowboy in your life!

Here is the sketch I used to make my page.

Here is my page:

Is that too cute or what? I really love the way it turned out! This is a closer look  at the first page.I used the Hardwood stamp  with Soft Suede on Crumb Cake. I tried to line it up as I stamped so it would look like a full sheet of wood grain. If you would like to order this page, see the bottom of this post for options to receive in the mail.

Don't you LOVE the barbed wire along the bottom! I daubed the edges and stamped  once with Crumb Cake  and the horse shoe to give the paper more depth, and interest.  What do you think??

For the 'Howdy' (don't ya just love that!!)) I stamped the lasso in Early Expresso and Stamped the words in Real Red. For the wooden sign, I did it like all the wood on this page, by stamping Soft Suede on Crumb Cake cardstock. I then just fussy cut around the lasso. The star I used the smallest and the 2nd smallest Star Framelit. Cute huh?

For the stars along the bottom I used the star Frameltis and layered 1 3/8" Early Expresso  topped with a 1" Silver Foil  circle. I used the small star punch to punch the center out of the Silver Foil. I really thought this was cute, kinda like a spur on a boot.

Here's the 2nd page:

I kept the theme going on this page with the barbed wire and layered star.

I just about squealed when I made this sign!! Super cute!! This is the first time I have used this stamp set, I LOVE it as much as I thought I would!!

Hope you like this page as much as I do! In case you haven't seen this stamp, it was just released last month, it is a photopolymer.  At convention this summer Stampin' Up verified they would have all photopolymers available for at least 6 months after they are released. All that said I bet this is one 'hot' stampt set!! So I would get it when I could!!!

Here's what the stamp set looks like, I will be playing with this set alot!!!
