I wanted to share this card I made using the Bright and Beautiful stamp set!! I was so happy when Stampin' Up released the Star framelits!! Wahoo! So this is really one of my favorites, because stars are something you can use in scrapbooks, masculine cards, 4th of July and Christmas!! This month this is one of the Bundles on sale , the Star Framelits along with the Bright and Beautiful stamp set.
So if you want to get a jump on your Christmas cards, this is a great set that can be used for Christmas and beyond!! (like buzz light year to infinity and beyond!)

I made this card after I saw the sketch challenge in Create with Connie and Mary this week. Here is the sketch, #CCMC317.

CCMC317

So here's my card:

Here's another view, it kinda helps to see all the shine from the paper!

I used the Silver Foil and the Silver Vellum to pick up on the words "bright and shine'" I thought that was kinda fun and clever!! :)

You can see the shine as the light catches the gorgeous foil paper!

For the star I embossed the smallest star with  Silver Embossing Powder and popped it up on the next largest star cut in Old Olive. On the center of the star I put a small Vintage Designer Button and threaded it with the Silver Baker's Twine.

Tip:  I took the little silver filament off the Silver Baker's Twine and used that to thread the button. This little filament makes a fun little  lightweight element.

Items Used:
Stamps: Bright and Beautiful
Paper: Old Olive cardstock, Whisper White cardstock, Silver Foil Designer Paper, Silver Vellum Designer paper
