Stampin' Up Hi There Card using Park Lane Designer Series Paper

I wanted to  make sure you check back to TUESDAY for blog hop by SUDSOL members. This is a national group that I belong to of Stampin' Up demonstrators. These girls are great! I wanted to share this card I made using the Freshly Made Sketches #  142   . What a cool sketch. I also broke out one of the new Designer Series Park Lane. Wow is this paper cute!! I have to be honest, this card kinda came together when I was 'cleaning' my craft room.  :)  The next thing I knew here I was with paper, ribbon  and trimmer in hand and well a card was created!! And the room got a little messier!!:)

I embossed the Hello with White Embossing Powder on Vellum, it really made the hello pop!

Don't you just LOVE that paper, and I have to say this Calypso Coral Seam Binding Ribbon is to die for! Really! It will be a new favorite!

Pretty cute card, the design is nice and clean, very adaptable to many different cards! 

Tip: We all know that adhering Vellum can be tricky. I adhered the bow/ribbon with a couple glue dots. I also used the design of the Designer Series Paper to help 'disguise'   a couple more glue dots here and there. Honestly you cannot see the glue dots at all. If that wasn't the case then I would have used a Vellum adhesive.
