If your wondering how I made this quick and easy bag, I used the Sweetheart Treat Bags. They are one of the limited Whole Lot of Love Valentine Collection. The little Sweetheart Treat bags come in a pack of 12 sacks, 12-die cut labels (the pool party striped banner) and 12 pre-cut pieces of Pool Party Baker's Twine.
That's quite a little bundle of stuff for $4.95!!
